唔係講笑,記者攝影師 Model一行人三男二女,居然無人踏足過南丫島,今番踩入南丫島食海鮮,一次過嘆齊三滑──蘆鬚城泳灘啲沙同靚女皮膚一樣滑,五十年豆腐花都好滑,香米脆豆腐更加滑上加滑,玩到我樂不思蜀,有啲唔捨得走。

南丫島可以分成三大區域,由西至東分別有榕樹灣、索罟灣同模達灣,一心訂枱開飯,好多食肆都有專船接載,喺中環碼頭或香港仔魚市場上船,送到你去門口;若然係 Walk-in客,可揀選港外線 4號碼頭上船,直達南丫島中心點索罟灣。
揀周末周日殺入南丫島,原意係貪人多夠熱鬧,落船先發覺比想像中冷清,唔緊要,反正仲有幾粒鐘先到午飯時間,一於踢吓水睇吓女消磨時間!由索罟灣碼頭步行半粒鐘直達蘆鬚城泳灘,唔知係咪時間太早關係,五人拍攝隊加五位大隻救生員之外,全個泳灘數埋得嗰十零人,兩位靚女 Betrys同 Hailey隨即換比堅尼飛奔落水。嘩,好靚,泳灘真係好靚,海面無垃圾枯木,連沙粒都幼滑過人,踩沙軟綿綿,感覺好舒服;嘩,仲靚,兩位靚女玩得好放,一時你點我笑穴,一時我扯你泳衣,齋睇佢哋追逐嘻哈潑水濕身,已經夠賞心樂事。人少好定人多好?兩睇啦,或者你覺得冷清唔夠熱鬧,喺我眼中卻係悠閒避世勝地,怕嘈怕逼人嘅,實在值得考慮來個南丫島一日遊。

[size=8pt]■行出索罟灣碼頭右邊,不遠處就係「仁記」。[/size]
玩夠,上水,途經碼頭旁一間毫不起眼嘅士多仔,對開十張枱均座無虛席。問當地人先知,原來呢間「仁記」喺南丫島起晒朵,除缽仔糕外,凍熱豆腐花最出名,連外國遊客都讚:「 Wonderful!」靚女見到甜品,即流口水發晒癲,不顧儀態食到𠽌 𠽌 聲,就連對甜品免疫嘅我,都驚嘆豆腐花嘅香滑,跟市區食到嘅有好大分別,唔會有種機製加工嘅木獨口感。
同老闆娘仁姐搭訕,原來舖頭係佢老竇剩落,經營接近五十年,香滑豆腐花應該有獨門家傳秘方,會唔會真係用山水做豆腐花?「山乜鬼水吖,以前無水喉先用山水之嘛,𠵱家人人都用水喉水 o架啦,可能我隔渣功夫做得好,石膏粉、生粉調校比例比人好啩。」「有食客讚你啲調味糖水唔會太甜喎。」「係咩,哎呀,今日煲得稀,差咗就真。」換轉喺旺角,我會懷疑仁姐敷衍我。呢間舖九成熟客,好似茶餐廳嘆奶茶咁一人一碗,街坊街里閒話家常,小朋友食得開心,小貓小狗望海乖乖坐,大伙兒 Hea得好優質,呢個畫面,簡直係南丫島 Starbucks,唯一唔同嘅係,無人會耷低頭玩 Mac機同自閉聽 iPod囉。有理由相信,「仁記」賣嘅係由細食到大嘅感情味,屬慣性收視,入得南丫島,記得一試。

南丫島最出色嘅始終係海鮮,特別係「天虹海鮮酒家」,電話相約採訪,你點估到蜑家佬賣海鮮,居然賣到有 Maketing部門專責接洽宣傳事宜,全因總廚陳浩強個朵夠響夠獎,炮製海鮮手到拿來兼具創意。難怪小小一個索罟灣,已經設有東西兩間分店,更有免費專船接載食客到南丫島。一個禮拜七日,慕名而來嘅食客多到唔夠位坐,以周日中午情況睇,東面舖位足足有超過二百人,熱鬧喧嘩嘅畫面,跟南丫島悠閒寫意嘅氛圍極度格格不入。陳總廚話:「就算唔係母親節、團年飯呢啲必旺日子,平時假日翻枱次數都有四至六輪,勁過好多旺區海鮮酒家。」
未食海鮮先試四式凉菜拼盤開開胃,一二三由淡到濃分別有大豆芽、鮑片、海蜇頭,味蕾做定熱身,再試最有創意嘅第四個凉菜──青芥末配滷水淮山,淮山用白滷水汁浸製,腍軟有咬口, Wasabi辛辣味直闖鼻腔,令人精神一振,正!喉嚨已開,緊接而嚟有香米脆豆腐,簡單食材盡見師傅手藝,豆腐鋪面薄薄一層米漿,炸成金黃色一塊,小巧精緻,表層勁香口一咬卜卜聲,內裏超級滑嘟嘟,唔會炸到過火變硬豆腐,一濃一淡一脆一軟,就算唔點酸甜醬,齋喫已經正到直豎拇指。
芝士焗龍蝦同樣不得不食,大路菜式?係大路呀,但用料正吖嘛,用 350g至 400g重本地龍蝦入饌,呢個 Size最重龍蝦味、肉質最鮮嫩,靈魂在於鋪上面嘅芝士,陳總廚:「經過多番嘗試,我用過幾款唔同種類嘅意大利芝士混合調製醬汁,務求味道濃烈得嚟唔會太膩。」[節錄...]
